What kind of rider is the right kind of rider when it comes to a TRX250X? Just about anyone 16 or older. That's because the TRX250X is perfectly suited for new riders, experienced riders, back wood trails and hot desert sands.
It all starts with an OHC, air-cooled, longitudinally mounted engine that produces Honda's famous mix of smooth, efficient power and loads of torque right when you need it. From there, we added our exclusive SportClutch™ that lets you manually shift for yourself, while also minimizing the potential of stalling for new riders. A shaft final drive designed to provide years of maintenance-free fun. Independent front suspension for improved control over varying conditions. And loads of that Honda reliability people love.

Two-valve cylinder-head design features performance-optimized valve timing, a 31.5mm-diameter intake valve and a 27mm-diameter exhaust valve to produce a broad, usable powerband.

Shaft Final Drive - Honda's fully sealed rear driveshaft is super-strong and virtually maintenance free. The driveshafts sit inline with the engine's crankshaft.
